3. Will I be “out of it” or unconscious during hypnosis?
• No, you won’t be unconscious or “knocked out.” You’ll feel deeply relaxed, but you’ll still be aware, able to hear and remember everything said in the session.
4. Is hypnotherapy confidential?
• Absolutely. Our sessions are completely private and confidential, following ethical guidelines. Confidentiality may only be broken under certain circumstances required by law, such as risks of harm to yourself or others.

• Hypnosis is a therapeutic technique that involves guiding you into a relaxed, focused state to access your subconscious mind, often for positive suggestions and behavioral changes. RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) goes a step further by combining hypnosis with other therapeutic techniques, such as regression and reframing. In an RTT session, we don’t just introduce positive suggestions; we actively explore the root causes of an issue, often by revisiting past events, and work to reframe limiting beliefs. This approach aims to deliver deeper and more lasting transformation in fewer sessions.
